Now in a land where humans are enemies, Evolette can't ignore the undeniable pull she feels toward Jet and his world. As they grow closer, she begins to feel something she's never known before-belonging.

Though Jet vows to keep her safe, danger still lurks in every corner. Evolette must decide if she can trust her heart and whether the bond she shares with Jet can survive the forces determined to tear them apart.
